Our Pammys are made of 100% EVA. This softens when exposed to heat. We therefore recommend that you warm the Pammys to room temperature after purchase and shrink them first. This will allow them to develop their desired softness. Avoid exposing Pammys to direct sunlight for extended periods.

For fast and reliable delivery, we have built our own 11,000 m² shipping center right here in Schleswig-Holstein. There, our team will lovingly package your order and send it to you in an environmentally friendly way with DHL GoGreen.

Shipping:
Germany:
Shipping is free for orders over €50.
For orders under €50, we charge a flat rate of €4.90.
Delivery times are generally 3–5 business days. Delays may occur in individual cases.
Austria & other EU countries:
We charge a small flat shipping fee. The exact costs will be displayed before the checkout process.
Delivery times are usually between 4–12 business days.
Exchanges:

Germany: If the size doesn't fit, the exchange is free of charge.
Austria & other EU countries:

As a young start-up, we are currently unable to offer free exchanges. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

We already use recyclable packaging for 99% of our shipments and ship climate-friendly with DHL GoGreen.

Our products are 100% vegan, meaning they are completely free of animal-derived materials. We also rely on digital processes internally to avoid unnecessary travel and conserve resources.

Our goal: By the end of 2026, we want to manufacture the majority of our products from sustainable materials.
